LHub Associate Trainers are appointed on a part-time, freelance basis. The LHub Associate Trainer is not just a subject matter expert with relevant qualifications and experience but someone who possesses a dedicated passion for transforming people through effective delivery of training programmes that will enhance trainees’ employability and inspire them towards lifelong learning.

The LHub Trainer is not only an excellent communicator with a warm and pleasant personality, he/she has the ability to fully engage, motivate and manage different profiles and expectations of adult trainees. Being learner-centric and customer-focused, the LHub Associate Trainer demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism. His/her thirst for new knowledge and life-long learning serves as a role-model and an example for LHub’s trainees.

Duties for Associate Trainers include:

• Deliver training and conduct of assessment for WSQ programmes
• Deliver and facilitate training of LHub’s proprietary and non-WSQ training programmes
• Development, review and/or contextualization of curriculum / course materials
• Other training and assessment related duties as assigned
