Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt

 

Course Content

This is a practical oriented training. The concept behind this training approach is Explain-Practice-Apply-Review. The training supports the transfer of knowledge on team facilitation, DMAIC methodology, tools and techniques, Lean principles and project review.

 

This program consists of two instruction sessions conducted over a period of two months (1 week per month). In these two sessions, training and practical support will be provided to the participants to ensure that they can apply and practice the methods and tools during the syndicated exercises.

 

Course Duration: 10 days (70 hours) – two five-day training sessions over a two-month period.

Course Fee: $3,990 (inclusive of GST)

 

 

Certified Lean Sigma Black Belt

 

Course Content

Black Belt training follows an Explain-Practice-Apply-Review learning cycle consisting of four five-day training sessions over a four-month period including two application projects for each trainee. With the project, the trainee can apply, practice and review the methods and tools leaned in the instructional sessions. Each trainee is required to demonstrate the use of these methods and tools in the project reviews that will begin at the second session.

 

Course Duration: 20 days (140 hours) – Four Five-day training sessions over a four month period
