We work closely with out clients to customise training programmes tailored to their organisations' needs and objectives. We begin by identifying skill gaps, and then setting appropriate and achievable training objectives for all our trainees.
We offer other value-added services such as post-training analyses and evaluation to help organisations assess their returns on investment in training.
Apart from classes held at highly accessible training locations, we also conduct selected programmes at our customers' premises, giving them greater flexibility and convenience.
We aim to provide more diversified and holistic training programmes going forward. This includes setting up and managing satellite training centres in line with our mission to enhance the lifelong employability of our workforce through innovative, easily accessible and affordable programmes. Training programmes will also be developed to equip workers with the necessary skills to work in industries such as tourism, logistics, transportation, security and healthcare among others.
