Target Audience

This workplace ICT applications course is suitable for people who would like to know how to identify and resolve problems with ICT tools, analyze the use of electronic storage media and facilitate acquisition of appropriate ICT tools and machines.

Course Overview

This course covers a range of ICT applications commonly used at the workplace. It focuses on using the competency elements to analyze the use of ICT tools and evaluate their effectiveness and benefits that they bring. It also equips the supervisor the competence to facilitate the acquisition of tools and equipments to accomplish goals.

• Analyze the use of electronic storage media for sharing of resources
