- Manage anti-spam and antivirus features
- Configure edge transport servers
- Implement messaging policies
Recovering Messaging Servers and Databases using Mircosoft Exchange Server 2007Course Code: 5050
Course Duration: 7 hrs / 1 day
- Recover messaging databases
- Prepare for and recover from Mailbox server failures
- Prepare for and recover from non-Mailbox server failures
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2007Course Code: 5051
Course Duration: 14 hrs / 2 days
- Use the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2005 to monitor Exchange servers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot client performance and connectivity.
- Identify and resolve issues related to access of resources and messages.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, Mailbox servers, external and additional services.
- Identify trends in a messaging system.
Pre-requisites
Before attending this course, participants must have:
- Experience using Windows Server 2003 administrative tools likes MMC, NTBackup, nslookup etc.
- Working knowledge of Windows server operating system
- Working knowledge of network technologies.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Conceptual understanding of e-mail technologies.
