This course provides participants with a comprehensive academic and practical understanding of the key skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in a logistics management environment.
-Diploma : 13 months (228 training hours exclusive of examinations)
-Certificate: 9 months (135 training hours exclusive of examinations)
Participants are assessed through project works, class participation and examinations to be held at the end of each certificate module. To be eligible to sit for the examination, participant must attain at least 75% attendance. All examination scripts are being held for a period of one year strictly only for auditing purposes. Participants who fail the examination will be granted a re-examination of the certificate module at the following intake. In the event if the participant did not pass the re-examination, he would have to re-enrol for the certificate module.

Candidates should possess at least 3 GCE “N” level passes including a pass in English. Those with less than 3 GCE “N” level passes will be considered for enrolment on a case-to-case basis taking into account their working experience.

Upon successful completion of the diploma programme, participants are awarded the Diploma in Integrated Logistics Management.
The course sessions will be delivered by SLA lecturers who are Managing Directors, General Managers, Senior Management Executives and Consultants with more than 10 years of working experience in logistics, materials management, inventory management control, sea and air freight forwarding, transport and distribution, logistical applications and e-business solutions. Their academic qualifications include masters and degrees in logistics and related discipline from reputable tertiary institutions. In addition, they also have relevant lecturing experience and share the association’s vision to promote professionalism and excellence in the logistics industry.
Subsidy
- $7 per hour for Singaporeans/PR below 40 years old
- $11 per hour for Singaporeans/PR above 40 years old with GCE 'A' Levels and below.
