Course Overview

The first impression is extremely important as once formed, it can be difficult to reverse.
It is important to consider the various aspects of one’s appearance; especially at
situations where first impression is vital, such as job interviews, meeting with important
clients or social gatherings.

This hands-on programme takes on a holistic approach to appearance. It provides the
knowledge and techniques to empower participants to improve their appearance and
change the way they feel about themselves.

Objectives
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
• Take a positive attitude towards own image
• Choose the right colours that would suit own skin tone
• Analyse own body silhouette and shape to accentuate one’s assets
• Build a wardrobe that is versatile
• Dress suitably for various formal and informal occasions

• Receive photographs of own before and after make-over for analysis
