Target Audience

This course is suitable for supervisory / managerial staff in service-related jobs like IR technicaians, manufacturing, logistics and real estate maintenance and management.

Course Overview

This course is developed to enable an individual to acquire supervisory skills and knowledge in supervising and implementing work improvement processes in the workplace. It is a systematic approach that workers can use to make incremental and breakthrough improvements in processes that produce products and services for customers.

Course Duration

24 hours (3 days) inclusive of assessment hours

Assessment

1. Written tests (40 minutes) are conducted at the end of the training course.
2. Written assignment needs to be submitted 14 days upon completion of the training
3. Role play (20 minutes) will be conducted 2 days after the written assignment has been submitted

Pre-requisites

• Completed O-level and are able to speak, read and write in basic English

or
• Participants with the following competency ratings from the Employability Skills System (ESS) are eligible:
  • Listening/Speaking Min. Level 5
  • Reading/Writing Min. Level 5
  • Numeracy Min. Level 5
