Target Audience

This course is suitable for supervisory / managerial staff in service-related jobs like IR technicaians, manufacturing, logistics and real estate maintenance and management.

Course Overview

This course is developed to enable an individual to acquire supervisory skills and knowledge in supervising and implementing work improvement processes in the workplace.

Course Duration

16 hours (2 days) inclusive of assessment hours

Assessment

1. Written text (45 minutes) are conducted at the end of the training course.
2. An assignment needs to be submitted 14 days after the training is conducted
3. Role Play and individual presentation (1 hour 15 minutes) will be conducted 2 days after assignment has been submitted

• Standardise improved work processes

Pre-requisites

• Completed O-level and are able to speak, read and write in basic English

or
• Participants with the following competency ratings from the Employability Skills System (ESS) are eligible:
  • Listening/Speaking Min. Level 5
  • Reading/Writing Min. Level 5
  • Numeracy Min. Level 5
