Target Audience

This NSRS cleaning training course is suitable for anyone who wants to find a job in the cleaning industry as a professional cleaner. It aims to help workers in the cleaning industry obtain personal development skills to provide good customer service.

Course Overview

This module provides trainee with interpersonal skills such as creating a positive image through proper grooming and acquiring good communication skills. Upon completion of this module, trainee will be equipped with the necessary and relevant knowledge and skill sets in maintaining positive interpersonal relationship with customers and providing quality service.

Course Duration

24 hours (3 days) exclude assessment hours

Assessment

Practical and oral/written tests (1 hour 15 minutes) are conducted at the end of the training course.

Pre-requisites

There is no minimum educational requirement.

Candidates should be physically fit and have a 20/30 vision. They should also have a general sense of punctuality; be customer-service orientated and comply with safety procedures.
