Training Manager (Soft Skills/Language)

Job Purpose:

  • You will be responsible for the management of the trainers. You will be involved in curriculum development, content and material contextualisation for programs. You will play a vital role to improve on training programs to ensure relevancy, high training quality and service standards and compliance with all internal policies, guidelines and procedures.

Soft Skills Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, General Management or related field
  • ACTA certified

Language Requirements:

  • Degree in English Language or Linguistic
  • ACTA certified
  • Preferably with CELTA certification

Other Requirements : • Strong ability to develop content / curriculum • Experience in the Training & Education industry will be an advantage • Possess customer service mindset, excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
