Target Audience

Fire Wardens, Safety Committee members, In-house Fire Fighting team and Security personnel who need to ensure fire safety procedures are in place.

Course Overview

At the end of the course, participants will have a good overview on:

Classes of fires and methods of extinction
Uses and methods of fire extinguishers on different fire situations
Fire safety and fire prevention program

Course Duration

4 hours (½ day)

Assessment

There will be no assessment. 100% attendance rate is compulsory for all participants.

Common types of fire detection and protection systems
Types and methods of operating fire extinguishers
Common fire hazards and their prevention in buildings
General pointers on personal safety measures
